Our aim is to keep things simple; fresh interesting food, a choice of great beer, quality wines all enjoyed in cosy comfortable surroundings.
Our menu is mix of British pub classics, with some more interesting dishes from further afield and seasonal specials. Our experienced team of chefs use local fresh produce, to create wholesome, tasty, unpretentious food. Our bar offers local and national champion cask beers, interesting craft brews and a list of carefully selected (it's a hard life...) wines from 'new' and 'old' parts of the world. We have a gin or two, a few decent malts and hopefully the odd cocktail to wet the whistle.
