More info/About us

West Kirby is an ever-changing town where new and old sit harmoniously side by side. The Ring O' Bells sitting at the centre of the old village has been around a while, having been named after its slightly older neighbour's set of bells ('ring of bells'). St Bridget's Church with origins to at least the 12th century if not earlier, makes the pub a relative new-comer. Parts of the pub date from 1810, which gives the pub at least a double century of serving the folks of West Kirby, which isn't bad going really. Here's to the old place serving them for another couple of centuries.
